Registering as a NHS Patient
If you would like to register at the practice, please contact us via telephone on 01333 423 775 or enquire now.
We will need a few details;
You will then be given an appointment time with one of the available dentists.
Your First Visit
This will be for an initial examination which usually lasts around 15 minutes.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to fill in your medical history and any other required paperwork. We may have already asked you to fill in your medical history questionnaire on our website prior to attending.
If you need any assistance completing the medical questionnaire, our reception staff are always happy to help.
Your first appointment is always started with a chat and taking a history from you. Your dentist will then start your examination which may require taking some X-Rays to assess any previous or required treatment.
After listening you your concerns and discussing treatment options we will create a personal treatment plan based on the information from this visit.
An estimated cost of your treatment will be provided, patients are expected to pay as they go. Please see our NHS treatment page for more information.
